Custom Order Approval
Before we begin production, we may send you a preview or mock-up of your design. Once approved, changes can only be made if the printing process has not started. Please review your design carefully to avoid delays or reprints.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are clearly stated before checkout. Payment must be completed before production begins. Any discounts, promotions, or special offers—such as our Google review discount—will be applied at the time of ordering.
Production Time
Production timelines vary depending on the product and order size. We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship on schedule, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other outside factors are beyond our control. We will always provide updates when available.
Use of Customer Designs
By submitting artwork or text for printing, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use that content. KJ Custom Creations is not responsible for trademark or copyright issues related to customer-supplied designs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once printing begins, cancellations may not be possible.
